HOW TO BOOK

Once you have selected the property of your  choice and dates required, please email lantallic@aol.com or telephone us on  01736  794839 to check availability. It is advisable to have a second choice in case your selected property has already been booked.

We accept  provisional  bookings on the telephone or by email. A 25% deposit is required to  secure a booking. The balance is due one month prior to the commencement date of your holiday.

On receipt of your deposit, an acknowledgement will be sent indicating the amount of balance to pay and when it is due. When your balance is received, a further  acknowledgement will be sent together with arrival details. We reserve  the right to re-offer the holiday if the balance is not received by the due date.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

Occasionally,  there is little or no time to follow the above procedure. When this occurs we forward full  details by email. For those who do not have an email address, a  full description will be given over the telephone. The holiday rental would be  paid cash on arrival

PARKING

Please see parking arrangements relevant to individual properties. The fees for parking  to be settled cash on arrival.

LINEN  HIRE

Duvets and pillows are supplied in the property. Upon request, we will supply bed linen and make up beds prior to arrival. The charge is £10 per bed set. Please inform us if you would like to avail yourselves of this facility. Payment to be settled in cash on arrival.

ELECTRICITY  AND ELECTRICITY SERVICES


The  above utilities are included in the price of your rental.

ON YOUR ARRIVAL

The  property will be available for you at 3 pm on the start date of your holiday. If you are delayed for any reason, please do not worry. Your Arrival Details will explain how access to the property is arranged.

DURING YOUR STAY

We are confident that our property will meet with your approval. Our main endeavour is to provide homely accommodation and maintain high standards of cleanliness.  We ask you to inform us immediately if you are dissatisfied in any way.

ON YOUR DEPARTURE

The  property should be vacated by 9 am on day of departure. This ensures that there is adequate time to prepare for new arrivals. The keys should be handed over in accordance with  instructions in the Arrival Details. Please ensure you leave the  property clean and tidy.

REPEAT BOOKINGS

A  high percentage of our guests return on a regular basis and book the same slot  each year. In order to secure their booking a 25% deposit is required within 4 weeks of departure. We receive enquiries throughout the year and can  only reserve periods secured by a deposit. If a deposit is not received within  the above timescale, we have no alternative other than to offer the period to new enquirers.
