The Studio enjoys a south facing aspect and looks directly over the Harbour and beyond. The Island, Porthgwidden, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches are on the doorstep and St Ives shopping centre is a few minutes level walk away.
The entrance is approached directly from The Wharf. A stable door and inner door open into a 25’ studio. A large double glazed picture window overlooks the harbour and beach.
There is a colour television and log effect fire. A Sofa provides a comfortable 4’6” bed. Duvets and pillows are provided. Upon request, bed linen can be supplied and the bed made up prior to arrival. The charge for this facility is £10.
The kitchen is finished in ash and the built-in units incorporate an electric cooker, hob, microwave, integral refrigerator, kettle and toaster. There is also an adequate supply of Portmerion Pottery. A cosy dining area enjoys harbour views through an internal window.
Hand-painted tiles and quality fittings have resulted in a unique shower room. It is well appointed with a Vernon Tutbury suite, electric shower, down lights and shaver socket.
Central heating will be provided according to the time of year to ensure that the studio is warm and inviting, especially during the winter.
The cottage is available at 3 pm on day of arrival. Please ensure to vacate by 9 am on day of departure.
The integral garage with remote controlled door can be reserved when booking. The charges are as follows:
£30 per week 1 Apr ~ 31 Oct. £15 per week 1 Nov ~ 31 Mar (excluding festive holidays).
